GREASE
DESCRIPTION
ASTIMER GEAR COMPOUND is a non-solvent containing grease for the lubrication of open gears and bearings. This premium quality grease is manufactured with a high quality lithium hydroxystearate soap and blended with very high viscosity paraffinic base stocks. ASTIMER GEAR COMPOUND grease contains extreme pressure, antioxidant, antirust, molybdenum disulfide and graphite additives, and is polymer-fortified.
APPLICATIONS
- Excellent fluidity and can be easily used in centralized systems;
- Specially designed for the lubrication of open gears and plain bearings such as used in the mining, construction and sugar mill industries;
- Excellent performance in crushers, pulverizers, rotating mills, kilns, and in other similar large equipment.

ASTIMER CHASSIS GREASE
ASTIMER CHASSIS GREASE is a calcium-based grease especially formulated for chassis lubrication and protection. It is water resistant and contains extreme pressure and tackiness agents, making it particularly effective in severe application such as large trucks and off-highway equipment used in the construction industry. It is an NLGI NO1 grade and pumpable from centralized greasing systems even at low temperatures.
ASTIMER CALCIUM SULFONATE COMPLEX GREASE
ASTIMER CALCIUM SULFONATE COMPLEX GREASE is a heavy duty extreme pressure grease, pre-eminently designed for the lubrication of industrial bearings working under high temperatures and high loads in the steel industry.
